These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the CCTV.ca website. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Nature of Service
CCTV.ca is a lead generation and matching service. We are not a security system installer, security guard agency, or construction company.
Our role is limited to connecting business owners ("Users") with independent third-party installers ("Pros"). We do not perform installations, sell hardware directly, or guarantee the work of any Pro introduced through our platform.
3. No Endorsement or Guarantee
While we make efforts to vet the Pros in our network, CCTV.ca does not endorse or guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided by any Pro.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Any agreement or contract you enter into is strictly between you and the Installer.
- CCTV.ca is not a party to any agreement between you and the Installer.
- You are responsible for verifying the insurance, licenses, and references of any Installer before hiring them.
4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CCTV.ca shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service.
- Any conduct or content of any third party (including Installers).
- Any disputes between you and an Installer.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
